Gavin Steel was started in 1992 by Raul Morales. Originally named 3M, it was renamed Gavin Steel in 1999 after the birth of his son Gavin. The first products produced by Gavin were barbeque pits. In 1994 we expanded to include small jobs under 10 Tons.

Today, Gavin Steel is a full service fabrication shop with the capabilities to handle any job from the smallest mom and pop orders to jobs in the hundreds of tons. From structural and miscellaneous steel, including stairs, rails, and more. Gavin has the capacity to turn out 400 tons a month. Raul has always prided himself in turning out the best product possible. He sees the end product as a reflection of himself and his company. Gavin Steel is a family owned and operated shop. The Company has grown steadily in the 10 past years, and has become one of San Antonio’s leading steel fabricators. Gavin Steel has over 40 employees and continues to grow every year.
